Planned pricing
Pay monthly, or pay when you actually train.
Two ways in, and the per-certificate rate on both, because the only honest way to compare them is the number you end up paying per person. The beta itself is free.

Or pay as you train
Buy a pack of credits and use it whenever, with no monthly fee waiting through a quiet quarter. Below roughly eighty certificates a month this costs you less than any plan above.
Credits stay valid for two years, and buying more resets the clock on everything you hold.

The awkward pricing questions
Credits or a plan — which is actually cheaper for me?
Roughly eighty certificates a month is the crossover. Below that, credits cost you less; above it, Starter does. The per-certificate rate is printed on every option above so you can check the arithmetic rather than take our word for it.
If you run courses in bursts — a busy September, a quiet February — credits are usually the better fit even at a higher rate per certificate, because a subscription keeps charging through the quiet months.
Do credits expire?
After two years, and buying any new pack resets the clock on your whole balance. In practice that means only a dormant account ever loses anything. We would rather say this plainly than advertise credits that never expire and quietly change the terms later.
What happens if I go over my plan's monthly allowance?
You buy a credit pack. There is no overage fee, no per-certificate penalty rate, and nothing stops mid-batch without telling you.
Is my brand really the only one on the certificate?
On the certificate, yes — on every tier, free included. The email that delivers it is a different matter and we do not pretend otherwise: it carries a credit to us, larger on the free tier and a single discreet line on paid plans. That line does not disappear on the most expensive plan either.
What does the beta cost?
Nothing. Beta trainers issue real certificates to real participants free of charge. No card is taken, so nothing can quietly start charging you when the beta ends. The prices on this page are what we intend to charge at public launch.
Anything marked after beta is on the roadmap and will not be there on your first day. It is priced into the plan it appears on, and it is labelled so you can decide whether to wait.
Private beta
None of this applies yet.
The beta is free, within fair use, and no card is taken. Join the list and you get one email when it is your turn — nothing before that.
