Terms for the pre-launch site
The short version, while there is nothing to sign. There is no product to buy yet and no account to open. This site describes what ProofList will do and lets you join a waitlist. These terms cover that, and nothing more.
The waitlist
Joining costs nothing and commits you to nothing. It is not a guarantee of a beta place. The first beta is limited to a small number of trainers, chosen so the feedback is useful. You can ask to be removed at any time.
The beta is free
Beta participants issue certificates free of charge, and no payment method is taken, so nothing converts into a paid subscription when the beta ends. This is subject to fair use: sending has a real cost and this is a small operation, so unusually high volume is something we will discuss with you rather than cut off without warning.
The prices shown
The prices on the homepage are what we intend to charge at public launch, in euros. They may change before then. Nothing on this site is an offer or a binding quote.
What the site describes
Features are described as they are being built. Some already work, some are on the roadmap. Anything not yet live will be visibly marked as such once you are inside the product.
Who you are dealing with
ProofList is currently operated by Dimitris Parperis, established in Cyprus, as an individual. At incorporation these terms are replaced by the operating company’s, and this page will name it.
Contact
These are interim terms. Full terms of service, covering the certificate service, credits, refunds, acceptable use and the data-processing agreement, are published before the first beta invite, once the operating company exists.
